Add loose leaf to the upper chamber and pour hot water over it. When the color looks right, lift the infuser — gravity does the rest, draining perfectly steeped tea straight into the base. No second pot, no soggy bag to fish out, no oversteeping while you're distracted.
Works the same for flowers, leaves, or herbs
Whatever you're steeping, the process doesn't change. Hibiscus turns the water a deep red in seconds. Green tea unfurls slowly and stays pale gold. Chamomile blooms open. You get to watch all of it through the glass.
